Foundation Board Members
Eileen Morroni, President
Eileen and John were married for 36 years prior to his passing in 2018. Eileen recently retired after a 21 year career in medical education at Morton Plant Hospital. She was Manager of Medical Education and Coordinator of the USF/MPM Family Medicine Residency Program. Eileen also served on the Board of Directors for the national organization, Association of Family Medicine Administration. She had the honor of serving as President and Past President in 2016-2018.
Mike Morroni, Secretary
Son of John and Eileen, the youngest Morroni attended both the University of Central Florida and Valencia College in Orlando, Florida where he also worked as a theatrical technician at Sea World – Florida. An avid Tampa Bay Rowdies soccer team fan, Michael is currently planning to enter the management program at Publix, a regional supermarket chain, the eighth-largest privately-held company in the U.S.
Brian Lowack, Treasurer
Currently the Intergovernmental Liaison for the Office of the Pinellas County Administrator, Lowack served for five years as an executive aide to Commissioner Morroni. As such he worked side-by-side with the commissioner to coordinate five of his law enforcement and first responder appreciation events. A Pinellas County native, Lowack has a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Florida , also currently serving on the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative board.
Jack Hebert, Executive Director
A 40-year friend of the Morroni family, Hebert consulted on many of Morroni’s campaigns for public office. Principal and owner of The Mallard Group, Inc. in Pinellas County since 1994, Hebert has advised a wide variety of local, statewide and national candidates, professional associations, and non-profits in their strategy, marketing and fundraising efforts. He is a 20-year volunteer board member of Boley Centers, a non-profit behavioral health and affordable housing agency headquartered in St. Petersburg. He is also a board member and executive director, of the George C. Forsythe Family Foundation, a non-profit private family foundation supporting causes across Florida.
